When will my order arrive?

All products are actually in stock. We ship orders no later than the next business day, so you usually have your package in your garage within 3 days of ordering. Once we hand over the shipment to the carrier, we will send you an email with a tracking link.

How do I know which product is best for my car?

In the detail of each product, you will find an exact description of its purpose and how to use it correctly. If you are still unsure (for example, what pH to choose for your type of paint or how much to dilute Green Star), write to us at apexon@email.cz or call +420 722 952 520. We work with these products daily, so we will be happy to advise you.

Can I buy from you even if I'm not a pro and just want to wash my car at home?

Absolutely! While we sell top-tier chemicals (like Koch Chemie) that are used by professional detailing studios, they are also perfectly suitable for enthusiasts who want the best for their car, whether in their backyard or at a self-service car wash. Each product comes with clear instructions.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or leaking?

Car cosmetics can sometimes be fragile goods, but we pack our parcels to withstand even rough handling. However, if the carrier damages the parcel or the chemicals leak, don't worry. Take a photo, send it to us by email, and we will immediately send you a new item at our expense. No complicated paperwork.

What payment options do you offer?

To speed up and simplify the entire purchase process, we support secure online card payments, fast bank transfers, and classic payments via Apple Pay / Google Pay. For logistical reasons, we do not offer cash on delivery.
