Coarse, highly abrasive polishing paste without silicone oil

Product Description: Heavy Cut H9.02 is an innovative, coarse, highly abrasive polishing paste designed for rapid machine polishing of severely weathered paintwork. It is used to remove deep scratches and to quickly eliminate paint mist and sanding marks up to 1200 grit sandpaper. Thanks to its extremely homogeneous abrasive grain, Heavy Cut 9.02 creates an exceptionally high cut with a very good level of gloss. The coarse paste has minimal tackiness and, when polishing for prolonged periods, produces very little dust. It is suitable for all types of paintwork, from soft to scratch-resistant.

Area of application: Car paintwork, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.

Application: Wash and dry the surface to be polished. Before use, shake the polishing paste well and test its suitability and compatibility. Polish using cross-hatch movements with a rotary polisher and a lambswool pad (for sanding marks 1200 – 2500) or a Heavy Cut pad (for sanding marks 2000 – 5000). Work with the coarse abrasive paste at medium speed and medium pressure. The best possible glossy finish is achieved by polishing with Micro Cut M3.02. Protect from frost and excessive heat. Do not use on hot surfaces.
